Dear Friends,
 

We invite you to partake in our series of events. Ours is a dual approach: the goal is to entertain and enlighten, (not necessarily in that order).
 

The lecture series features guest speakers all of whom hold a place in the forefront of contemporary thought — scholars, historians, journalists, and television pundits. They can be counted on to stimulate you with a new idea, or, perhaps, reinforce an old one, as this is the “cerebral” offering; it is for the head.

The other half of our series is devoted to music — and the power of song that makes you “feel” like nothing else can. Our selection of concerts offers sustenance for the spirit. It is a complement to serious thought, and you will feel it in the place called the heart.
 

We have designed a program that seeks to meet many needs, that “touches all the bases,” and we brought it to your doorstep. You won’t have to deal with stop-and-go city traffic, the search for a place to park, (or the cost for a parking space).
